About the role
- Lead the overall implementation of ServiceNow at the county level
- Run workshops, gather requirements, and document business processes
- Work with the configuration specialist to translate requirements into platform solutions
- Coordinate with departments to support adoption and workflow changes
- Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Support user testing, training, and go live planning
- Work on site in Pontiac two days a week to support meetings and stakeholder work
Requirements
- Experience leading ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of business process design and workflow mapping
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical groups
- Experience working with large organizations or public sector environments
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
