About the role
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Assisting with Payroll and Timesheet entry in Xero
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets
- Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Preparing payment runs and reconciling accounts
- Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- General administration support as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role is a must
- Experience with accounting software (Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
