About the role

  • You manage the entire recruiting process for positions in commercial, technical-operational, and engineering areas — from job posting to hiring.
  • You advise and support our managers in sourcing the right talent.
  • You use modern recruiting methods to attract specialists to our company, conduct Active Sourcing for your vacancies, and build talent pools.
  • You develop new strategies to optimize our recruiting processes in order to build and further develop a target-group-specific Candidate Journey.
  • You represent our affiliated companies at job fairs and career events and maintain networks, for example with universities and other cooperation partners.

Requirements

  • You have completed a degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Psychology, or another field suitable for the role.
  • Alternatively, you have completed relevant vocational training and bring professional experience in recruitment.
  • You have an affinity for digital tools and social media platforms.
  • Terms such as Active Sourcing, Employer Branding, and Candidate Journey are familiar to you.
  • One of your strengths is a communicative manner when approaching people.
  • You also convince us with your structured, solution-oriented way of working and your instinct for talent.
