• In this role, you will actively contribute to maintaining Potsdam’s high quality of life.
• Data Protection & Compliance Management: You maintain, document and continuously develop the group-wide data protection and compliance management system.
• Documentation: You are responsible for providing, maintaining and updating central policies, guidance materials, records of processing activities, risk inventories, and for the structured storage of relevant data protection and compliance documents.
• Training: By organizing and delivering training and awareness campaigns, you strengthen data protection and compliance awareness in day-to-day work.
• Operational Support: In close coordination with procedure owners, data protection coordinators and compliance managers, you support operational implementation and internal communication.
• Audits, Analyses & Reports: Support the preparation of audits and internal controls, conduct regular coordination with the data protection officer, and prepare reports for the management of the group companies.

Data Protection & Compliance Manager

Controller

• Du entwickelst und realisierst Finanzierungskonzepte für Projekte in den Bereichen ÖPNV, Energie und Infrastruktur und unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei Verhandlungen mit Banken und Kapitalgebern.
• In enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung berätst du strategisch zu Kapitalstruktur, Liquiditätsplanung und langfristiger Unternehmensfinanzierung.
• Du arbeitest als Schnittstelle zwischen Konzerncontrolling und -finanzen, um die mittel- und langfristige Zahlungsfähigkeit sicherzustellen, analysierst Cashflows und sicherst das Risikomanagement ab.
• Durch die Bewertung von Investitionen und Beteiligungen leitest du fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen für die Weiterentwicklung der Konzernstrategie ab.
• Du erstellst aussagekräftige Finanzanalysen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen für Geschäftsführung und Gremien.
• Zudem entwickelst du Finanz- und Controllingprozesse weiter und übernimmst die Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten im Bereich Finanzierung und Controlling.

Konzerncontroller, Finanzcontrolling

Engineer

• Zukunft gestalten: Du entwickelst die strategische Zielnetzplanung für die Stromnetze (110-kV, 10-kV, 0,4-kV) und gestaltest die Netztopologie.
• Analyse & Bewertung: Du hältst unsere Netze im Blick - Du überprüfst und bewertest die Netze bzw. Anschlussnehmer kontinuierlich auf Basis von unserem Netzmodell mit Erweiterungen bzw. Veränderungen.
• Modellierung: Mit modernster Simulations- und Netzberechnungssoftware erstellst und aktualisierst du Netzmodelle, die als Grundlage für unsere strategische Planung dienen.
• Maßnahmenableitung: Du leitest Maßnahmen ab, um unsere Stromnetze technisch verfügbar und regulatorisch fit für die Zukunft zu machen - von der Effizienzsteigerung bis zur digitalen Transformation.
• Von der Idee zur Umsetzung: Deine Planungen beeinflussen direkt die Gestaltung und den Ausbau unserer kritischen Netzinfrastruktur.
• Netzwerke smart verbinden: Du planst die strategische Entwicklung des Datennetzes - vom klassischen DFÜ, LWL bis zur redundanten Anbindung im 4G/LTE bzw. 450-MHz-Funknetz oder höher.

Ingenieur Strategische Netzplanung – Strom

• You develop the strategic target network planning for power grids (110‑kV, 10‑kV, 0.4‑kV) and shape the network topology.
• You plan the interconnections of assets such as local substations, transformer stations, pumping stations and heat transfer stations — with a focus on a smart, interconnected infrastructure.
• You continuously review and assess the networks and connected customers based on our network model with extensions or changes.
• Using state‑of‑the‑art simulation and network calculation software, you create and update network models that form the basis for our strategic planning.
• You derive measures to keep our power networks technically available and regulatory‑compliant for the future — from efficiency improvements to digital transformation.
• Your planning directly influences the design and expansion of our critical network infrastructure.
• You plan the strategic development of the data network — from traditional remote data communication (DFÜ) and fiber optic (LWL) to redundant connections via 4G/LTE or 450‑MHz radio networks and beyond.
