About the role

  • Support in organizing, running and following up on internal seminars.
  • Assist with maintaining and further developing the intranet presence.
  • Create attractive, target-group-oriented presentations to showcase the Talent Development offerings.
  • Support the design and development of target-group-specific seminar packages.
  • Assist in managing and updating the Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student and have at least one year of study remaining.
  • Ideally studying Business Administration with a focus on HR, Business Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a comparable degree program.
  • You have an interest in topics related to Talent/People Development.
  • Ideally, some initial experience in project work.
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Quick to grasp new concepts, self-motivated, with a structured and quality-conscious approach to work.
  • Team player, reliable, committed and able to work independently.
