About the role
- Implement and continuously develop the digitalization strategy
- Identify digitalization opportunities through internal process analyses and the evaluation of new technologies (including AI systems and agents)
- Take responsibility for our digitalization projects across all project phases
- Ensure the quality, user-friendliness and sustainability of digital tools
- Actively promote digital change and drive broad user acceptance within the organization
- Collaborate with various operational stakeholders, departments and committees
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Digitalization Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in digitalization and solid knowledge of process optimization
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies as well as digital technologies and trends
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoys working in a team
