About the role
- All tasks across the employee life cycle
- Recruiting and preparation of employment contracts
- Support for onboarding and offboarding processes
- Advice on payroll, social security, time management, and occupational reintegration management (BEM)
- Development and implementation of an HR development strategy
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, HR Management or Business/Organizational Psychology
- Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on HR and additional qualification as a certified HR specialist (Geprüfte Personalfachkauffrau) or equivalent qualification
- Substantial professional experience in the listed responsibilities
- Further training as a systemic coach, mediator or trainer is a plus
