About the role

  • You are responsible for the planning and design of our corporate real estate
  • You develop and optimize space utilization concepts and space requirement plans
  • You are responsible for acting as the client's/owner's representative
  • You manage projects from planning through implementation (AHO phases 1–5)
  • You commission, coordinate and supervise external planning offices/consultants and ensure smooth project execution
  • You develop and implement design and fit-out guidelines
  • Through your working methods, you contribute to a positive external image of our company

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's, Master's or Diplom degree in Architecture
  • Many years of relevant experience in independent planning, tendering and construction management of building projects, and ideally experience in property project development; familiarity with common CAD programs (e.g., AutoCAD) and AVA software (e.g., Avanti)
  • Confident user of MS Office applications and familiarity with HOAI, VOB, BayBo as well as relevant building law basics and DIN standards
  • Quick comprehension, solution-oriented thinking and acting, a high degree of initiative and commitment, sense of responsibility, strong team skills and an independent, systematic working style
  • Confident and professional manner with clients and planning partners, and strong communication skills
  • Possession of a valid Class B driving licence
  • German language level: at least C1 for successful collaboration
