About the role

  • You collect, structure and communicate knowledge on energy, water and mobility topics within customer service.
  • You develop training concepts to improve knowledge transfer.
  • You contribute to process design, process optimization and the digitalization of knowledge management.
  • You manage the updating of knowledge and the transfer of knowledge into teams in coordination with the leadership team.
  • You take responsibility in customer service and actively shape the digitalization of knowledge management for the specialist department.
  • You participate in cross-departmental projects.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor's degree in media/communications or an equivalent qualification
  • Structured, self-directed way of working and a high degree of responsibility
  • Enjoyment of tackling complex tasks
  • Strong facilitation, active listening, knowledge-sharing, motivation and idea-generation skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people and a high degree of interpersonal openness
  • Quick comprehension and a high level of commitment
  • Experience in adult education and corresponding methodological competence
  • Strong team and communication skills as well as a continuous willingness to learn
  • German language level: at least C1 for successful collaboration
