• Planning & Execution: You organize trainings and support participants throughout the entire process.
• Processes & Reporting: You ensure smooth operations, continuously optimize them, and create relevant reports; including administrative and technical support.
• Coordination & Interface: You coordinate cross-departmentally (e.g., Sales, Mentoring, Content, Engineering) and act as the central communication interface for participants and stakeholders.
• Design & Scaling: You support the development of new training formats and design lean, scalable workflows.
• Project Responsibility & Agility: You independently take on projects, define key results, and work flexibly in changing processes.
