About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and market positioning of the training portfolio in Software Engineering, Cloud, and DevOps
  • Provide technical and operational leadership and further develop a team of Learning Content Engineers
  • Manage end-to-end design, development, quality assurance, and launch of new training programs
  • Develop competency models, skill mappings, and scalable training architectures for different target audiences and learning paths
  • Ensure subject-matter, instructional, and technical quality as well as the economic viability of the portfolio
  • Perform data-driven analysis and continuously optimize the portfolio based on KPIs, market feedback, and technology trends
  • Manage resources and budgets, coordinate external experts, and leverage AI-assisted content production processes to scale

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering) or equivalent qualification
  • Deep subject-matter expertise in Software Engineering, Cloud, and/or DevOps, with an understanding of current technology trends
  • Several years of experience developing technical training programs, curricula, or learning products, ideally in a tech or EdTech environment
  • Experience in portfolio, product, or curriculum management, including planning, prioritization, and oversight of complex projects
  • Experience providing technical leadership of teams or managing external experts and stakeholders
  • Technical affinity and experience with modern tools and workflows, e.g., learning platforms, Git, or AI-supported content production processes
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with excellent German (C2) and English (C1) language proficiency
