About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and market positioning of the training portfolio in Software Engineering, Cloud, and DevOps
Provide technical and operational leadership and further develop a team of Learning Content Engineers
Manage end-to-end design, development, quality assurance, and launch of new training programs
Develop competency models, skill mappings, and scalable training architectures for different target audiences and learning paths
Ensure subject-matter, instructional, and technical quality as well as the economic viability of the portfolio
Perform data-driven analysis and continuously optimize the portfolio based on KPIs, market feedback, and technology trends
Manage resources and budgets, coordinate external experts, and leverage AI-assisted content production processes to scale

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering) or equivalent qualification
Deep subject-matter expertise in Software Engineering, Cloud, and/or DevOps, with an understanding of current technology trends
Several years of experience developing technical training programs, curricula, or learning products, ideally in a tech or EdTech environment
Experience in portfolio, product, or curriculum management, including planning, prioritization, and oversight of complex projects
Experience providing technical leadership of teams or managing external experts and stakeholders
Technical affinity and experience with modern tools and workflows, e.g., learning platforms, Git, or AI-supported content production processes
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with excellent German (C2) and English (C1) language proficiency
