About the role
- Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Take full ownership of outbound prospecting into Mid-Market and Enterprise Companies across the UK.
- Outbound Strategy: Craft outreach campaigns across email, pick up the phone, and use LinkedIn to generate leads.
- Discovery & Qualification: Engage prospective customers to understand their challenges and identify fit with Stacks.
- Product Mastery: Quickly ramp up on our product and the month-end close space to confidently pitch our solution and clearly communicate our value to prospects.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with GTM to refine our messaging, improve outreach strategy, and build a repeatable outbound motion.
- Growth Opportunity: As an early BDR hire, you’ll help shape the foundation of our outbound function.
Requirements
- 1–3 Years of SaaS BDR Experience: You’ve already been a BDR/SDR and have a proven ability to book meetings with Mid-Market or Enterprise companies.
- Hunger to Win: You’re competitive, resilient, and energized by goals.
- Coachability & Drive: You’re eager to learn, take feedback well, and constantly improve.
- Clear Communicator: Whether in writing, on the phone, or over video, you know how to get a point across in a clear way.
- Curiosity & Grit: You ask great questions, listen carefully, and don’t give up easily.
- Understanding of the UK market: Familiarity with the UK enterprise finance ecosystem is a great plus.
