Procurement

• Support CAPEX & OPEX category leads with sourcing and procurement activities for OFCI equipment and repair & maintenance services across EMEA.
• Support RFx processes, supplier evaluations and commercial recommendations.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations and Delivery teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
• Drive supplier performance, cost efficiency and delivery compliance across procurement programmes.
• Track procurement milestones, purchase orders and delivery schedules aligned to project timelines.
• Support supplier relationship management through KPI monitoring and business reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure appropriate long-term equipment support and service continuity.
• Drive expediting tracking processes from order to equipment delivery on site, to ensure schedule conformance for OFCI purchases across our EMEA construction projects.

Procurement Manager

• Lead OPEX sourcing strategy and contract management activity for critical infrastructure repair and maintenance services across EMEA.
• Partner with Operations stakeholders and maintenance suppliers to ensure strong SLA performance, technical compliance and operational resilience.
• Drive supplier evaluations, bid analysis and commercial recommendations focused on service quality, capability and cost efficiency.
• Implement and govern supplier performance management through KPI tracking, business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with OFCI Procurement and Delivery teams on capital equipment, installation and commissioning activities for construction projects where required.
• Support lifecycle and end-of-life planning for operational assets and ensure maintenance requirements are fully evaluated prior to business award recommendations.
• Ensure new facilities and assets are integrated into operational support agreements from day one of live operation.
• Collaborate with Finance and FP&A stakeholders to produce accurate OPEX budgeting and cashflow forecasting for Maintenance services across our EMEA portfolio.

• Assist with supplier evaluations, bid analysis and commercial comparisons.
• Track supplier performance, manufacturing schedules and delivery milestones.
• Support logistics coordination, shipment tracking and expediting activities.
• Prepare procurement reporting, spend analysis and budget tracking documentation.
• Assist with change order reviews and cost impact analysis.
• Maintain procurement documentation and support audit readiness activities.
