Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support the execution and delivery of monthly financial and management reporting utilizing Tagetik.
• Conduct detailed analysis of Budget vs. Actuals, identifying key business drivers and providing actionable insights to the management team.
• Support proactive cash planning, cash flow forecasting, and operational banking activities.
• Assist in the tracking, calculation, and reporting of quarterly banking covenants.
• Partner closely with finance leadership on ad hoc financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic projects to support regional business operations.

Financial Analyst

• Responsible for the monthly close of all Nordics Group companies.
• Responsible for quarterly and annual financial consolidation utilizing Tagetik.
• Take responsibility for the annual financial statements (local and consolidated) and coordinate the annual audit at both the local and consolidated Nordics group levels.
• Handle intercompany transactions, including interest and service charges.
• Assist the wider finance team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support business operations.

Finance Manager

Controller

• Execute monthly closing activities for the Nordic entities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Prepare and review accruals, provisions, and other month-end journal entries.
• Prepare intercompany billing, reconciliations, and documentation across the group.
• Review and validate accounting data processed by the external shared-services provider, ensuring quality and completeness.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting packages.
• Resolve accounting issues and collaborate closely with local teams, group finance, and outsourced accounting partners.
• Assist with audits, tax requirements, and other compliance-related deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvements and help strengthen internal controls in the Nordics finance environment.
