Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own financial planning and analysis — transform Stable’s operating model into a living roadmap that informs investments, hiring plans, and growth decisions.
• Lead budgeting and cost management — manage cash flow and accountability across teams, uncovering insights in our unit economics to improve margins and efficiency.
• Build scalable finance infrastructure — implement systems, controls, and reporting processes that enables Stable to operate with speed and confidence.
• Negotiate key contracts and vendor agreements — partner with department leads to optimize spend and secure favorable terms across suppliers and vendors.
• Analyze unit economics and cost-to-serve — dive into physical operations to improve performance and efficiency.
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team — provide insights on ROI and strategic tradeoffs to drive better decisions.
• Support board and fundraising activities — prepare financials, materials, and data to communicate performance clearly.
• Drive financial visibility and accountability — identify risks and opportunities through scenario planning and ensure KPIs are tracked, communicated, and used to drive accountability across teams.

Director of Finance

Product Operations

• Directly support Product by operationalizing processes required to provide our service to our customers like filing paperwork, handling computer vision edge cases, resolving failed check deposits, and more.
• Manage relationships and downstream regulatory requirements that are core to our product offering — USPS, financial institutions, state governments, and other service providers.
• Build internal tools for our teams.
• Establish and enforce our stance on risk in coordination with Finance + Legal; improve our compliance, KYB, and verification processes.
• Whatever it takes; you will be handed some of the hardest and messiest problems.

Product Designer

• As a designer at Stable, you'll work in an AI-forward, builder-led environment.
• You'll write product briefs, query live business data, and work increasingly close to the code.
• You'll own your work from discovery through delivery, and you'll make impactful product decisions (prioritization, tradeoffs, and scope) in close collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.
• A defining aspect of this role is the nature of the problems you’ll work on.
• Stable sits at the intersection of digital software and physical operations.
• Designing great customer experiences means understanding real-world workflows inside processing centers handling 1M+ pieces of mail, and translating that complexity into simple, intuitive software.
• This cross-disciplinary work is challenging, nuanced, and a core differentiator for Stable.
• Our design team is small but established. You’ll build on strong foundations, collaborate with experienced designers, and play an active role in shaping how design shows up across the product as the company scales.
