Attorney

• Own our regulatory strategy — You'll become the expert on the unique regulatory landscape we navigate: USPS regulations, CMRA compliance, 1583 requirements, and state-by-state entity rules. You'll translate regulatory requirements into product and operational decisions, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure we stay ahead of compliance obligations.
• Launch novel entity compliance products — Work with Product and Engineering to design, build, and launch products to automate and offload friction-heavy entity compliance workflows.
• Accelerate enterprise sales — Our enterprise pipeline is growing fast, but complex contract negotiations are slowing deal velocity. You'll create contract playbooks, train the Sales team, and negotiate enterprise agreements (MSAs, BAAs, DPAs, security addendums) that protect Stable while enabling fast decision-making.
• Establish our legal foundation — As our first legal hire, you'll build everything from scratch: contract templates and playbooks, privacy policies and data processing agreements, internal policies and risk frameworks, vendor relationships and insurance strategy, and the systems and processes that will scale as we grow.
• Protect customer trust — We process highly sensitive business mail and customer data. You'll own our privacy and security posture, support enterprise customers with compliance attestations and security questionnaires, and position our compliance as a competitive differentiator.

Director of Legal

Social Media Manager

• Concept, script, film, and edit short-form video content weekly.
• Create UGC-style creative for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Translate Stable’s product and value into relatable narratives for different audiences (founders, operations, workplace managers, startups, enterprise).
• Test multiple variations (hooks, formats, messaging) and iterate based on performance data.
• Draft and format organic posts across Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter
• Schedule content and help maintain our content calendar.
• Monitor comments and flag engagement that needs responses.
• Engage with partners and relevant accounts to support light community building.

Social Media Intern, Content Creation

Sales

• Own and execute the company’s short-term and long-term sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization (AEs, SDRs, and future roles as needed)
• Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability across the sales team
• Coach and develop sales managers and individual contributors to consistently achieve excellence
• Define and continuously improve the sales process from lead to close to drive consistency and predictability
• Own sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, metrics, tooling, and enablement
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Operations, and Product to align on go-to-market execution
• Surface customer and market insights to influence product roadmap, pricing, packaging, and GTM initiatives

Head of Sales

Customer Success Manager

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in regular communication and efficiently resolving issues with solutions tailored to their needs.
• Coordinate with Sales to guide customers through a smooth onboarding and conduct training so that customers understand Stable’s systems and are set up for success.
• Act as the primary point of contact for daily operations and troubleshooting questions for assigned customer accounts.
• Conduct quarterly and annual customer success sessions to ensure customers get the most value out of our service, issues are resolved proactively and customer goals are met.
• Evaluate churn risk for each customer and proactively manage dissatisfaction to drive retention throughout the customer life cycle.
• Serve as a product, company and industry ambassador, keen on educating prospects and customers on the capabilities of Stable.
• Identify and prioritize product & service updates that solve for customer needs and account for trends.
• Collect customer insights and form strong product opinions that directly influence the product roadmap
