About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Make a great first impression with customers by crafting compelling outbound emails, calls, and social messages to generate interest in Stable’s products.
Conduct detailed research to identify and prioritize high-potential target accounts and decision-makers.
Qualify outbound leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit for Stable’s solutions.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies and improve pipeline generation.
Experiment in identifying the best personas and channels for engaging with new customers and refine processes to maximize outbound effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience with a preference for candidates that have expressed interest in sales or business development either professionally or during university
Proven ability to conduct thoughtful and personalized outreach across email, phone, and social channels.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Comfortable working within a fast-paced, scaling sales environment.
