• Support the marketing department by carrying out the daily tasks to keep the department functioning and facilitate the duties of the marketing manager
• Researches and coordinates all aspects of trade shows and conferences, and attends some trade shows
• Coordinates all aspects of Lunch and Learns, including invitations, updating calendar, mailing literature, sending certificates after lunch and learn and follow up satisfaction e-mail
• Distributes web leads to appropriate people across all divisions
• Organizes internal and external distribution of marketing collaterals, including inventory, placing orders, verifying receipt

• Coordinates and delivers email and mass-mail campaigns

• Assists with creation of ads, brochures, case studies, presentations and other collateral, including collaborating with and directing media agencies
• Assists with corporate website content and updating
• Ensures brand messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies across all media platforms, events and opportunities
• Phone coverage during lunches, absences
• Assists with monthly and quarterly reports
• Assists with analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

• The Customer Service Representative for Destaco is responsible for providing high levels of customer service through accurate and timely response to customer order placement, credit requests, and other customer inquiries.
• S/he is a key part of Destaco’s customer interface and responsible for meeting key metrics that contribute to service, quality, and on-time delivery.
• S/he will demonstrate a sense of urgency to the customer, ensuring follow-up and resolution to build and strengthen customer relationships.
• S/he will learn and maintain product knowledge and collaborate across the organization to provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• The Customer Service Representative reports to Customer Service Manager and is located in Auburn Hills, MI.
• This position requires the ability to work and communicate globally and virtually with Sales, Product and Applications Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Service and Technical Support.

Accounts Receivable

• Approve all incoming orders through the Macola ERP system before the orders are released into production.
• Run, analyze, and maintain Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) reports for all new customers and for existing customers, as needed (extraordinarily large orders or for profile updates).
• Make collection calls and email inquiries to delinquent customers.
• Post all cash receipts for Fabreeka U.S. Operation including generating bank reports, matching cash receipts to open invoices and reconciling unmatched amounts for clearing.
• Post all cash receipts for Fabreeka Germany Operation including processing of bank transaction details emailed by ACE Germany, matching cash receipts to open invoices and working with Fabreeka Germany to reconcile unmatched amounts for clearing.
• Submit EDI invoices into large OEM customer (CAT, Amtrak, CSX, etc.).
• Process credit card transactions through banking website.
• Populate new supplier forms as required by potential and existing customers.
• Backup as needed on daily invoicing and material disposal processing.
• Monthly and/or quarterly filing of State Sales Tax reports.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
