QA Engineer

• Take overall responsibility for quality management at the site
• Lead and develop a seven-person team both disciplinarily and technically
• Optimize the quality management system and ensure standards, processes and compliance
• Take ownership of sustainability and certification topics
• Ensure quality across the entire value chain
• Define and manage quality-related KPIs, standards, training and internal workshops
• Support and further develop the integration of the laboratory into the quality management system
• Manage quality costs and support quality-related decision making.
