About the role

  • Responsible for the development of Industrial Business by promoting the ECS GI product portfolio
  • In depth Knowledge of Electrical Connecting solution & Industrial Cables
  • Able to read & understand wiring harness drawings
  • Business development of harness solution
  • Deep knowledge of Automotive, Industrial, Medical & Healthcare market
  • Real-time assessment of our business position in the defined territory (SWOT analysis, customer needs and expectations, market share, revenue, customer input, competition, etc.)
  • Creation of a solid business plan and on-going activity plan
  • Create Sales plan and Implement the Sales strategy
  • Execution of all sales processes and strategies
  • Conduct Technology seminars and product presentation
  • Accurate sales forecasting
  • Manage existing customers, visit existing clients, and develop relationships
  • Develop new customers, OEMs in assigned region & market segments
  • Participate and take complete responsibility of product promotions through exhibitions, seminars, conferences, presentations etc.
  • Achieve the Sales targets and goals set for the Industrial Business
  • Ability to propose realistic technical solutions to meet customer’s requirements
  • Ability to manage the long sales cycle from initial contact to first order

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Industrial Sales Experience handling sales & business development of Electrical Connecting solution or related Electrical products
  • B.E./B. Tech. – Electrical / Electronics stream
  • Good knowledge of Electrical Connectors & related Electrical products market in the Industrial segment
  • Good knowledge of Industrial Cables – Types & specification, international standards etc.
  • Expertise in selling Electrical products & customized solution
