About the role
- Instruction and supervision of residents in their daily activities
- Provide on-site coverage and assist in performing resident-care duties
- Teach independent living skills to residents
- Conduct psychosocial evaluations and develop rehabilitation plans
- Support residents in coordinating services such as psychotherapy and medical care
- Maintain documentation of resident activity and progress
- Conduct fire drills and report safety problems
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in the human services field preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and maintenance of good driving record in accordance with St. Luke’s Policy
