Lead development, implementation, and oversight of international compliance programs
Act as point of contact for trade compliance areas
Manage risk assessment processes and ensure effectiveness of compliance programs
Provide export classifications and jurisdiction determinations
Develop and maintain compliance training programs
Collaborate with internal offices providing guidance on proposals and agreements
Manage correspondence with U.S. government agencies
Track and analyze regulatory changes impacting compliance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
J.D. or advanced degree in science, engineering, or related field.
5+ years of directly applicable compliance experience
Compliance program management experience
Comprehensive knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, FCPA, and related federal regulations
Proficiency in compliance software tools
Experience in a biomedical research environment or academic medical center
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and international research collaboration risks
