Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Assists with the annual budget, quarterly forecasting, cost accounting maintenance and reporting as well as statistical reporting and staffing productivity tracking.
Works closely with department directors to monitor budget variances, provide profit & loss statements, financial analysis and serves as a resource on all matters related to budgets and finance
Requirements
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Finance, Business Administration or related field required.
Minimum of four years of progressive work related experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, required.
