About the role
- Ensure the physical/emotional safety of residents
- Lead resident teams utilizing Tuckman model of supervision
- Engage youth in scheduled activities
- Provide supervision and support during appointments
- Maintain a safe living environment
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Support residents in daily school assignments
- Maintain certifications and attend mandatory trainings
- Contribute to behavioral plans through written reports and meetings
- Provide immediate therapeutic crisis intervention as needed
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
