  • Utilize Datorama or Tableau to report on journey conversion rates and engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in digital marketing with specific expertise in Marketing Automation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder).
  • Experience building lead scoring models and automated "drip" campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template adjustments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical data gaps between systems.
