About the role
- Build, test, and deploy multi-channel automated journeys (Email, SMS, Push) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure a clean data handshake between marketing leads and our CRM.
- Create automated touchpoints for the "Clinic Recall & Renewal" track.
- Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and opt-outs to maintain high deliverability and compliance (GDPR/HIPAA).
- Utilize Datorama or Tableau to report on journey conversion rates and engagement metrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years in digital marketing with specific expertise in Marketing Automation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder).
- Experience building lead scoring models and automated "drip" campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template adjustments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical data gaps between systems.
