About the role
- Analyzes data and trends from internal and external sources to make recommendations related to the organization’s strategic positioning.
- Provides consultation to leadership to interpret data, advises and counsels system and regional senior leaders on decisions based upon data provided.
- Supports system strategy and regional leadership by completing demographic analysis, assessment of provider and service access, payer profiles and trending.
- Creates dashboards needed to monitor strategic priorities.
- Conducts research on health care and technology trends to support clinical program planning, digital health expansion, and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education
- Five years' relevant experience
