About the role

  • Actively implements proactive recruitment plans and strategies that support all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Engages with team members in a positive, mentoring manner, providing practice and process guidance.
  • Serves as an informal leader to support training, department initiatives, projects and the cascading of information to/from leadership.
  • Provides training and mentorship to Talent Acquisition team members, serving as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes, systems, tools, and programs.
  • Identifies recruitment gaps/needs and effectively leverages cross-functional relationships to obtain solutions and process improvements.
  • Consistently meets service level agreements and meets or exceeds performance & productivity goals set by the department/organization, as well as organizational goals, initiatives, KPIs and metrics as designed within the Talent Acquisition department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience/education.
  • Five years of direct recruitment or relevant work experience.
