About the role
- Provides comprehensive assessment and disposition of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders/disabilities.
- Conducts safety assessment and planning with patients via telephone or video.
- Partners with patients to create self-directed sustainable changes.
- Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to develop support goals for the patient.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or education equivalency for licensing
- State-specific licenses: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC, LBP.
- No experience required.
