Requirements
Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (or willingness to obtain Licensure in Oregon).
Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.
You must reside in and hold an active LPC, LCSW or LMFT license in the state of Indiana.
You must be licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Oregon.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
