About the role

  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Communicate organizational messages from upper management to the team
  • Complete regular one on one performance discussions and annual reviews
  • Work closely with other supervisors and managers to prepare for client meetings
  • Motivate employees and create solutions to increase employee morale and satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures
  • Understands daily shareholder/participant requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of related industry and leadership experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of financial services industry preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of transfer agency operations policies, procedures and legals
  • Leadership skills utilized to effectively monitor and develop subordinates
  • Decision making, prioritization and delegation skills are required
  • Planning and goal setting skills are required
  • Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Presentation skills are required to participate in client visits and presentations.
