About the role

  • Architect AI powered digital workforce solutions that transform how enterprises operate.
  • Partner with enterprise executives and senior stakeholders to shape automation and AI roadmaps aligned to strategic business outcomes.
  • Design and deliver compelling demonstrations that showcase end to end intelligent automation across RPA, APIs, AI and orchestration capabilities.
  • Influence strategic pipeline and drive high impact technical discovery conversations.
  • Lead proof of concepts, pilots, and technical validations that accelerate enterprise adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to bring customer insight back into platform evolution.
  • Position SS&C Blue Prism as a trusted advisor in responsible and scalable AI adoption.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in pre sales, solution consulting, solution architecture, or a related customer facing technical role within enterprise software or intelligent automation.
  • Proven experience designing and presenting solutions that combine RPA, BPM, APIs, and AI driven services to address complex business challenges.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical capability into measurable business value.
  • Experience influencing strategic customer conversations and driving complex sales cycles.
  • Intellectual curiosity, ownership mindset, and energy for building innovative solutions in a fast evolving AI landscape.
  • 30-40% travel expected
