About the role
- Document and maintain business processes for retail alternative investments.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new and existing systems and processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the customer experience.
- Support the design and implementation of business and technology solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3–5 years of business analysis experience within financial services; retail alternative investments preferred.
- Knowledge of alternative investment products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with business process documentation and requirements gathering methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, BPMN).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
