About the role
- Assesses, develops, and implements quality and business process strategies, programs, policies, training, and improvements across the company.
- Analyzes and recommends company standards for quality measurement.
- Functions in a consultative role with various departments and the executive team in process mapping, documentation, and re-engineering.
