About the role

  • Manage and optimize HRIS Workday systems in a comprehensive, service-oriented environment
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective configuration, updating, and continuous improvement of the Workday system
  • Serve as a Workday subject matter expert, providing specialized knowledge and insights to drive business processes in HR, talent management, recruiting, and learning
  • Implement and maintain robust security protocols within the Workday environment
  • Lead initiatives to streamline HR processes by leveraging Workday's advanced technical features
  • Execute timely system updates and configuration changes in Workday modules
  • Develop and deliver targeted training sessions for end-users
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Workday PRO Certification or a minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following Workday modules: Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Workday Recruiting/Onboarding, Workday Performance Management and Talent
  • Demonstrated advanced technical aptitude in Workday systems
  • Strong understanding of HR operations with experience handling HR data
  • Proven excellence in written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive commitment to excellence and associate care
  • Ability to quickly adapt and address challenges with a sense of urgency
  • Collaborative approach, with the capability to gather insights and promote team-based problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently in a dynamic environment
