Analyze operational datasets, claims data, and customer feedback (including NPS) to understand trends, risks, and opportunities
Support and design projects that improve the digital claims experience across customer experience, operational efficiency, and cost
Build and maintain operational dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and inform decisions
Partner with Product, CX, Analytics, and Supply Chain teams to streamline processes through documentation, automation, and process improvements
Drive execution on high-priority initiatives by tracking progress, surfacing risks, and ensuring work is completed with quality and follow-through
Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that inform broader decision-making

Requirements

3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in operations, strategy, analytics, or a similar environment
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with data to answer business questions
Experience using data to support fact-based decisions and process improvements
Willingness to roll up sleeves and contribute directly to execution
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus, but not required
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive outcomes independently.
