About the role
- Reporting to a Senior Manager
- Play a key role in Square Management's growth

- Share challenges, successes and best practices
- Business development: targeted telephone prospecting, discussions with managers and operational directors, responding to calls for tender
- Recruitment: managing the end-to-end recruitment process for consultants
- Management: supporting consultants throughout their careers
Requirements
- Master's degree
- Interest in learning about different sectors, their products and market trends
- Native Dutch or French speaker with at least a good passive command of the other language, plus professional-level English
- Client-oriented attitude and strong communication skills in a business management context
- Entrepreneurial mindset: dynamic, diplomatic, persuasive and forward-thinking
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Initial experience or a strong interest in business development or sales is a plus
- Previous experience as a Business Manager in a consulting firm is a strong plus
