About the role
- You'll own how Altitude is positioned, messaged, and sold, across every audience and every stage.
- Define product positioning: what Altitude is, who it's for, why it wins
- Own positioning for every feature: why it exists, who it's for, how to talk about it
- Translate features into business value (not technical specs)
- Own the messaging framework that keeps everything consistent
- Partner with Product, Design, and Content/Social to turn releases into adoption
- Own launch messaging and assets; coordinate with GTM Lead on amplification
- Drive the narrative for both self-serve users and sales-assisted prospects
- Partner with GTM Engineer on lifecycle comms that drive activation
- Ensure the story is consistent from landing page to onboarding to retention
- Own product copy and in-app messaging
- Build collateral that closes deals: decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, partner content
- Own competitive intelligence: know the landscape cold, keep the team armed
- Be the person sales calls when they need the right words for a tricky deal
Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing; fintech, crypto, or B2B SaaS preferred
- Launches you can point to that moved the needle
- Exceptional writing. This is non-negotiable.
- Experience supporting PLG and sales-assisted motions: you know they're different
- AI-native
- Autonomous and low-ego. You ship without needing aircover.
