• Define and evolve Altitude's visual identity: typography, color, layout systems, illustration style.
• Build and maintain a brand system that scales across teams without losing quality.
• Own brand guidelines that are actually useful.
• Design content native to each platform: threads, carousels, short-form video, clips.
• Own website design: landing pages, product pages, feature announcements.
• Design decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards that close deals.

Product Marketing

• You'll own how Altitude is positioned, messaged, and sold, across every audience and every stage.
• Define product positioning: what Altitude is, who it's for, why it wins
• Own positioning for every feature: why it exists, who it's for, how to talk about it
• Translate features into business value (not technical specs)
• Own the messaging framework that keeps everything consistent
• Partner with Product, Design, and Content/Social to turn releases into adoption
• Own launch messaging and assets; coordinate with GTM Lead on amplification
• Drive the narrative for both self-serve users and sales-assisted prospects
• Partner with GTM Engineer on lifecycle comms that drive activation
• Ensure the story is consistent from landing page to onboarding to retention
• Own product copy and in-app messaging
• Build collateral that closes deals: decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, partner content
• Own competitive intelligence: know the landscape cold, keep the team armed
• Be the person sales calls when they need the right words for a tricky deal

Product Marketing Manager

Account Executive

• Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across email, social, calls, and warm intros to stablecoin-native companies
• Build and maintain a consistently full pipeline. No empty calendars, no dry weeks.
• Research and identify high-fit accounts across the stablecoin and broader crypto ecosystem and run targeted outbound sequences
• Use product-led signals to prioritize and personalize outreach
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in your CRM: every deal tracked, every stage updated, every next step scheduled
• Run a fast, disciplined deal process: first meeting to funded account in 7-14 days
• Lead discovery calls that uncover real pain points around treasury management, payments, and yield
• Deliver compelling product demos tailored to each prospect's specific needs
• Navigate conversations with founders, finance leads, and operations teams to get accounts funded quickly
• Be at every major crypto conference, side event, and industry gathering. This role lives in the field.
• Represent Altitude with energy and charisma: you're a storyteller, not just a seller
• Build real relationships at events that turn into pipeline and funded accounts, not badge scans
• Host dinners, roundtables, and 1:1 meetings around events to maximize every trip
• Meet customers and prospects where they are: Dubai, Denver, Lisbon, Singapore, wherever the ecosystem gathers

Financial Crime

• You'll own Altitude's compliance program from first principles.
• Design the policies that govern how we onboard businesses, monitor transactions, and interface with regulators across jurisdictions.
• Translate legislation (US, EU, and eventually UAE/Singapore) into operational reality.

Money Laundering Reporting Officer, MLRO

• Define and execute GTM strategy across customer segments
• Build and lead the growth/marketing function: hiring, structure, processes
• Own customer acquisition across paid, organic, content, partnerships, PLG
• Develop segment-specific messaging and positioning
• Innovate on GTM motions using the latest tools
