• Support Commercial Managers across multiple contracts for the Uungula Wind Farm project
• Analyse and manage contract risk on assigned contracts
• Manage monthly progress claims, liaising with site and technical teams to verify work progress and contractor payment claims
• Manage contractor variations, including preparing proposals, assessing quotations, negotiating variations, and preparing authorised variation orders
• Manage contractor correspondence and deliverables in accordance with contract terms and conditions
• Support general contract administration, including formal correspondence, notices, insurance renewals, contractor meetings, and maintaining registers
• Review contractor correspondence to identify potential changes, claims, and delays
• Liaise with the project team to determine activity status and follow up on outstanding items
• Collate, review, submit, and store documentation for reporting and claims
• Report contract activities to the Project Director and broader project and senior management team
