About the role
- Participate in defining your scope and facilitate workshops with the client
- Co-develop the project schedule in coordination with the project manager
- Coordinate a team of junior consultants, their technical-functional activities and their skills development
- Monitor progress of the different project phases within your scope
- Lead the design and configuration of the HRIS to align with client requirements
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction
- Conduct investigations and proactively propose innovative solutions
- Support clients in upskilling on the solution
Requirements
- Higher education (business school, engineering school, or equivalent postgraduate degree)
- Proven experience in HRIS implementation projects
- Proficiency with an integrated HRIS or payroll solution (Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday, Talentsoft, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Cegid, HR Access, etc.)
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
