About the role
- Project management or assistance with project management
- Business support: process review and facilitation of requirements-gathering workshops
- Change Management: strategy and change management plan, design and production of deliverables
- HRIS strategy and support for solution selection
Requirements
- Degree or training in Human Resources
- Significant experience (at least 5 years) on HRIS projects
- Experience with at least one SaaS Talent Management solution (Talentsoft, Cornerstone, Oracle HCM Cloud, SuccessFactors…)
- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
- Fluent English
