Accounting Manager

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions
• Support accurate monthly financial reporting
• Maintain strong accounting controls across multiple entities
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and review accrual-based financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Maintain accurate general ledger activity in NetSuite
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and expense coding
• Support revenue recognition, deferred revenue, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and other accrual accounting areas
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for management
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and department-level financial tracking
• Maintain and improve accounting processes, policies, documentation, and internal controls
• Coordinate with outside tax preparers, auditors, payroll providers, insurance brokers, and other external partners
• Support compliance-related reporting, tax filings, business registrations, and other finance/accounting requirements
• Help improve reporting dashboards and financial visibility using tools such as Power BI, Looker, Excel, or NetSuite reporting
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows, improve accuracy, and increase reporting efficiency
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
