Design & Integrate: Architect and configure end-to-end systems, including infrastructure, data networks, towers, and mobile platforms.
Document & Deliver : Create detailed engineering documentation—wiring diagrams, test procedures, BOMs, and manuals—ensuring traceability and change control.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing to define specs and deliverables.
Support Production: Improve manufacturability and support ongoing projects through lifecycle phases.
Drive Innovation: Evaluate new components, suppliers, and technologies to enhance system performance and reliability.
Customize Solutions: Tailor product modifications to meet unique customer requirements.
Champion Process Excellence : Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using Lean and 5S principles.

Requirements

BSEE (MSEE preferred) with a focus on RF communication systems
5+ years of experience in system design, integration, and testing of radio systems (LF to SHF bands)
Strong background in system architecture, trade studies, and performance analysis
Experience with PLM/ERP systems (Agile, Oracle), BOMs, and ETO processes
Excellent communication and project coordination skills
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
