About the role
- Develop and execute key HCP strategies and programs for GOMEKLI
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage projects
- Coordinate HCP congress activities and manage events
- Support peer to peer educational programs directed at HCPs
- Deliver Field Force training
- Define success metrics and analyze marketing performance
- Engage with global marketing team for US pull-through
- Optimize digital promotion and media strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (business or related disciplines)
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology commercial experience
- U.S. launch and in-line marketing experience; sales experience is preferred
- Oncology experience preferred
- Proficient in digital marketing and media tactics directed towards HCPs
- Successful track record in understanding the U.S. regulatory environment
- Proven project and vendor management skills including budget management
- Adept in expense budget planning, tracking, and ROI measurement
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
