About the role
- Lead, manage, measure, and drive continuous improvement of National POAs, print and fulfillment operations, budget management, and centralization of resources for the Rare Tumor Commercial Team.
- Support three separate brands teams making up two therapeutic areas to support the commercial success of the business unit.
- Involve a high level of cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and creative problem solving, and project management skills.
- Become a champion for evolving processes and operations to be more efficient and effective for internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing, sales, market access, compliance, medical, legal, regulatory, and professional organizations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience, including at least 2 years in Marketing Operations and/or project management
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and promotional regulations; experience in high‑risk contracting environments
- Proven project and vendor management skills, including budgeting, prioritization, logistics, and performance oversight
- Ability to lead national POA planning (preferred), with experience in sourcing, procurement, or meeting management
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across cross‑functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
- Operates with urgency, efficiency, flexibility, and attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience in oncology and/or rare diseases and product launches (preferred)
- Excellent communications skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing; track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Embody the organization's values to act with empathy and humility to drive a culture that takes ownership and accountability for their individual and teams’ performance.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors effectively and clearly in a remote hybrid work environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally 50% travel required; including overnight stay driven by business need.
- This position must be able to work East Coast hours.
