About the role
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team, managing performance gaps.
- Design an end-to-end growth operating model, establishing governance, forecasting, and performance management.
- Develop a scalable go-to-market strategy to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Enable the function to win new logos and expand existing relationships through customer engagement activities.
- Deliver compelling sales collateral and enablement strategies in collaboration with other functions.
- Track KPIs to measure the growth function's impact and effectiveness.
- Manage regional pods of sales and marketing staff to ensure unified strategy.
- Represent Springboard at industry conferences and events.
- Collaborate with leadership on forecasting and service expansion.
- Create executive-ready deliverables communicating insights and progress.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
- 5+ years of experience directly managing marketing and sales teams of 10+ people.
- Experience in new business development in B2B education services organizations.
- Experience creating high-level strategy roadmaps for marketing and sales functions.
- Expertise in pricing, P&L management, and setting KPIs/OKRs related to revenue generation.
- Experience building a team and operations from scratch, ensuring problem solutions and value realization.
- Experience with the delivery of educational services (preferred).
- Experience with literacy programs and early intervention programs/MTSS (preferred).
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations (preferred).
