About the role
- Serve as the primary Project Manager for Global Clinical Training and Programming
- Develop and implement a Global Clinical Training strategy
- Coordinate logistics for training and programming
- Consult on Training and Programming planning with Jumbo customers
- Collaborate with the Global team regarding strategy and implementation
- Measure training and program effectiveness
- Take a leadership role in planning global programming events
Requirements
- Clinical license or equivalent in your country
- 3-5 years of experience in facilitation and event planning
- Complete knowledge and understanding of global challenges in Clinical Training
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, and event platforms
- Understanding of instructional design and content development
- Knowledgeable about training evaluation techniques
- Effective communication skills
