About the role
- Own the Nurture & Growth Engine Product Portfolio
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Nurture & Growth Engine group, spanning five product pods focused on nurturing members and activating them into care, as well as strategic investments in AI care navigation and benefits multi-eligibility.
- Define, measure, and move company-level utilization metrics, spanning platform engagement and conversion to care.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, clarity, and accountability.
- Elevate product craft and growth mindset, coaching teams to blend qualitative insights, quantitative data, and strategic intuition to unlock new opportunities.
- Establish the operating rhythms for high-velocity experimentation, enabling teams to rapidly test, learn, and scale initiatives that drive measurable impact.
- Champion user-centric growth practices, embedding deep customer insight, clear problem framing, and rigorous hypothesis-driven testing into how teams build.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years leading PMs and driving execution across multiple teams or product areas.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategy, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influence skills, with a strong bias toward collaboration, clear decision-making, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Proven success operating at a strategic altitude, defining vision and roadmaps while ensuring operational rigor and consistent delivery.
- Demonstrated aptitude for scaling product practices, including experimentation frameworks, discovery approaches, and cross-functional alignment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, balancing long-term vision with the urgency required to drive near-term impact.
