Analytics Engineer

• Architect, govern, and evolve curated data marts and semantic layer models across multiple business domains
• Define and enforce standards for dimensional/star schema design, DBT project organization, testing, documentation, and naming conventions
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to unify metrics, resolve inconsistencies, and improve data product scalability and maintainability
• Translate complex, ambiguous business needs into clear, reusable, and technically sound data products
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure models serve current and future analytical needs
• Review and guide the work of other analytics engineers, providing mentorship and technical direction
• Drive adoption of observability, testing, and governance practices across the analytics engineering team
• Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted tooling for development, documentation, and anomaly detection. Ensuring responsible and effective use aligned with governance standards
