About the role
- Achieve sales quotas through strategic planning and consistent client engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with dentists and dental offices
- Identify new clients via networking, education, and outreach
- Provide virtual and in-person product consultations, demonstrations, and training
- Support educational programs and promote event registrations
- Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction
- Prepare quotes, negotiate agreements, and manage accurate order submissions
- Travel to external events for lead generation and direct sales (approx. one weekend/month; overnight travel required)
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with quotas and/or territory management
- Knowledge of dental practices; RDH experience will be beneficial
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel by air and lift up to 60 lbs. for event materials
- Ability to learn and comprehend scientific/technological information
- Ability to analyze data and trends and present information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience with CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Biology, or related field preferred
