About the role

  • Achieve sales quotas through strategic planning and consistent client engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dentists and dental offices
  • Identify new clients via networking, education, and outreach
  • Provide virtual and in-person product consultations, demonstrations, and training
  • Support educational programs and promote event registrations
  • Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate agreements, and manage accurate order submissions
  • Travel to external events for lead generation and direct sales (approx. one weekend/month; overnight travel required)

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with quotas and/or territory management
  • Knowledge of dental practices; RDH experience will be beneficial
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel by air and lift up to 60 lbs. for event materials
  • Ability to learn and comprehend scientific/technological information
  • Ability to analyze data and trends and present information
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Biology, or related field preferred
