Lead a cross-functional team to build and scale Spreetail’s Customer Experience offerings to improve customer retention and reduce leakages in returns/refunds.
Influence product, strategy, and technical direction and collaborate with executive stakeholders in Merchandising, Supply Chain, Brand Management, and Customer Experience.
Build and lead a high-velocity engineering team that owns P&L outcomes.
Hire and mentor engineers and scale capability across CE tech.
Own returns process automation (triggering warehouse actions, partial refunds, replacement flows) and scale prototypes into production using automation and low-code tools.
Be accountable for $X–$XXM GMV or EBITDA outcomes.
Requirements
8+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in an engineering leadership capacity.
Strong backend/systems background and full-stack experience (Python, React, Django frameworks).
Applied NLP experience preferred.
Experience with CRM (Zendesk, Salesforce) or B2C/eCommerce helpful.
Comfortable with fast ramp-up, ambiguity, and full ownership of outcomes.
Remote position — candidates must have an available work-from-home setup.
Desktop/Laptop: 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor.
At least 4GB RAM; Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system.
You are required to provide your own dual monitors.
