About the role
- Own marketplace relationships and performance with Temu, Best Buy, and Wayfair.
- Identify opportunities to scale the business together through promotions, advertising, and content optimization.
- Leads the relationship development strategy with channels for success.
- Define metrics for success and collaborate with Channel Operations team to ensure backend operations are optimal.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead executive-level conversations with both internal and external partners.
- Strategic and creative thinker, skilled at identifying and defining new business opportunities.
- Strong focus on operational efficiency and excellence; adept at following and improving existing processes.
- Forward-thinking approach to channel management with a clear vision for future trends.
- Demonstrated experience with full P&L ownership and accountability.
- Deep understanding of retail pricing strategies and their impact on business performance.
- Highly proficient in building both financial models and workflow/process models.
- Prior experience in the e-commerce industry, with a solid understanding of its unique challenges.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration within large, complex organizations.
